2003 World champion Werner Schlager is father of a baby boy. Schlager’s life partner Bettina Müller gave birth in Vienna on 3rd February 2009.
The boy is called Nick, was 46 centimetres tall and weighted almost three kilograms. Schlager’s Prudent Cancellation
The expected date of birth was 2nd March, but Nick was about one month sooner. Bettina Müller already created a photo gallery of the nativity of Nick.
On 7th and 8th February, Schlager would have been defending champion at the LIEBHERR Europe Top 12, but the 36 year old Austrian cancelled.
“It was an incredible experience. Now I want to be there for my family”, Schlager explained his cancellation.
