Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki is the club to raise the eyebrows in the European Champions League after three matches have been completed, the stage at which each team in the group contests has met each other on one occasion.

The trio of Cheung Yuk, Wang Zeng Yi and Martin Olejnik remain unbeaten in Group D, with Cheung Yuk and Wang Zeng Yi very much being the backbone of the Polish club’s success.

Both have suffered only one defeat.

    Notable Adversary
Cheung Yuk notably to Jan-Ove Waldner, who as he has done throughout his career, defies logic; whilst the one defeat suffered by Wang Zeng Yi was in the contest against Levallois when faced with Joo Se Hyuk.

CTM Cajagranada who can call on the services of Vladimir Samsonov, Robert Gardos and He Zhiwen are in second place in Group D behind Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

    Three Teams Unbeaten
The Polish outfit is one only three teams unbeaten in the early stages of the competition; the other two being Royal Villette Charleroi and Borussia Düsseldorf.

Represented by Jean-Michel Saive, Wang Jian Jun and Petr Korbel, Royal Villette Charleroi head Group B with TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen (Adrian Crisan, Chuan Chih-Yuan, Tiago Apolonia) in second place.

Meanwhile, thanks to the efforts of Timo Boll, Dimitrij Ovtcharov and Christian Süss; it is top spot in Group A for Borussia Düsseldorf. They top the group ahead of G.V. Hennebont represented by Ryu Seung Min, Kalinikos Kreanga and Wang Xin.

    No Team Unbeaten
However, in Group C, no team remains unbeaten.

The defending champions SVS Niederösterreich with Werner Schlager, Chen Weixing and Daniel Habesohn in action have one defeat to their name and occupy second place with TTC Müller Frickenhausen-Würzburg represented by Bastian Steger, Tan Ruiwu and Kenta Matsudaira in first spot.

    Linz AG Froschberg in Form
Three teams unbeaten in the men’s division whilst in the women’s section, after four matches, only one team remains unblemished; that is Linz AG Froschberg who lead Group A with the FSV Kroppach team of Krisztina Toth, Wang Yue Gu and Wu Jiaduo in second place.

In the counterpart group with Ni Xia Lian, Lin Lin and Li Jiao in action, the Dutch club, Li Ning/MFS Services Heerlen lead the way with only one defeat to their name. They are level on points with 3B Berlin e.V for whom Song Ah Sim, Georgina Pota and Tanja Hain-Hoffmann have been the trio on duty.
